Made by one teacher
Made by one teacher, not a content factory.
TeachMyKids is a library of printable worksheets for UK primary, sequenced from Reception to Year 6. Every worksheet is created by an experienced UK primary school teacher with over ten years in the classroom.
It is for parents who want ten quiet minutes at the kitchen table. Your worksheets live in one place you can open any time. Print a worksheet, sit with your child, close the folder.
Most worksheet sites are contributor marketplaces. TeachMyKids is one teacher writing the whole curriculum, so the difficulty stays steady from one worksheet to the next and the year groups line up.

"Teach My Kids is a fantastic resource. We use the work sheets to reinforce the Maths and English that our children, James 9 and Katie 8, are learning at school. They are ideal for when we have a spare 10 – 15 minutes, and also give us as parents the opportunity to see how much our kids know!
As and when the work sheets are completed, I log in and tick them as completed, so it’s clear which topics have been covered. I try to do 2 - 4 of worksheets a week and feel that they are of great benefit to both our children.
I would definitely recommend ‘Teach My Kids’, it’s fantastic value for money and if you have any questions or queries these are answered promptly."
Paper on purpose
Why we still print things.
Children remember more when they write by hand. We built TeachMyKids around that.
When your child writes a sound on paper, the brain holds it differently to when they tap it on a screen. A 2024 EEG study at NTNU in Norway found brain connectivity is far more elaborate during handwriting than during typing, especially in children. The parts that light up are the same parts that hold long-term memory of sounds and shapes.
A 2018 meta-analysis by Delgado and colleagues in Educational Research Review found children comprehend more from paper than the same text on a tablet. The UNESCO 2023 Global Education Monitoring Report reached a similar conclusion, and the UK Department for Education guidance from February 2024 backs schools that restrict mobile phones during the school day.
We do not think screens are the enemy. We just think the ten minutes a day we ask for is the part of the day that does the most work, so we put it on paper. If your child already uses a learning app, this sits alongside it, it does not replace it. One folder, one pencil, no app to log into.

Last few questions
Last few questions, before you commit.
Most parents ask these before they buy.
Who makes these worksheets?
An experienced UK primary school teacher with over ten years in the classroom. Every worksheet on TeachMyKids is written and laid out by the same person, not pulled from a contributor marketplace. That is why the sequencing across year groups holds together.
Is this just printable worksheets?
The worksheets are printable PDFs, but you get more than one worksheet. You log in to your child's online classroom, set their year group and the whole library unlocks. Download this week's worksheets, print them and you are done. No app to install and no streaks to keep up.
Is this a Twinkl alternative?
Yes. TeachMyKids is created by an experienced UK primary school teacher, not a contributor marketplace. You log in to your child's online classroom, the price is shown up front and the worksheets are sequenced by year group. If you want screen-light homework that follows the UK curriculum, this is built for it.
Will it auto-renew?
Yes. Every plan is a one-off payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews unless you ask it to. Email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
What ages does it cover?
Reception through to Year 6, so children aged roughly 3 to 11. Reception is the first year of UK school. Year 6 includes SATs-format reasoning and arithmetic papers with mark schemes.
Do I need a printer?
Yes, a basic A4 black and white printer is enough. We design every worksheet to print cleanly without colour ink.
Will this match my child's school?
Worksheets are mapped to the UK national curriculum, the same curriculum every state primary school follows. Pick the year group below your child's school year if they are catching up. Nobody at the kitchen table needs to know which one you started with.
